The Flight Safety guys do have previous. I still remember the one that was never released as it used a half naked 16 year old girl wearing flying kit.

I was wondering when that was going to get a mention. I heard about it back in early 99 from a Sqn Ldr who had been working in the same building at the time. The words 'almost S+M' were mentioned, along with the fact that somebody had his wrists slapped big time for producing thousands of copies of it before it was canned.
