Those who are aiming arrows at EASA are probably shooting at the wrong target. Look at the process and the players - EU agenda, airspace, etc. More anon.
The article I read in the PPL/IR mag
Instrument Pilot made it clear that it was really the other member states rather than EASA itself that were going to be the problem for the IMC rating.
