PAL had a 747 captain who tendered in his resignation last week. He would effectively wants to be out of PAL by April, and gave PAL 120 days advanced notice for this. Problem is, PAL wants a 6 months advanced notice whereas the Philippine labor code only (I think, got to check on this) requires a 30 day notice.
More work for the lawyers I guess
