Thanos - as soon as UK military pilots start flying training they are issued with a logbook in which they record details of every flight. Each month, quarter and year it is signed by a senior officer to acknowledge that it is correct. This is the book that they can then present to the CAA to confirm their hours.

It seems hard to imagine that you do not have a similar record of your flying?
