"The CAMU crap" as MC so elequently puts in his post, is a normal Flow Control message, sent to the users after a joint decision by ATC and CAMU staff has been made that flow restrictions are either being implemented or are likely to be. He should also be aware that the changes to the process came about as a result of ATNS listening to and working with their user airlines. Good TRM is what I call it.
