Not quite sure why Lufthansa would be interested in leaving aviance, as far as I'm aware all the carriers handled by them, particularly baby, are impressed with the service being received. I'd imagine LH would have to receive a substantially reduced price to move across, though can see the benefits in LH/LX having the same handling agent. Would LH consider a move to Terminal 2?
