It's a crazy!!!
JAA mean that all member states are as "unique thing". If you get 1 class at Gatwick and you want to back in Germany or France to do training, the local CAA HAVE to accept 1 class by UK. If in Germany (like in Italy) make own medical with old own parameter, it their business, but have to accept who make 1 and 2 class follow JARs.
In Italy doe not accept 1 class from JAA member: you have to make a new medical.
It's like if you get USA 1 class FAA in Texas and do training in Florida, and Florida said "NO". In fact this did not logic.
However:
Where is wrote in the JAR's that you have to get flight licence in the same country where you get 1 CLASS?"
I've been search a lot of time but I does not found nothing about this prohibition.
