Can only give generic info as I know a few that fly / flew for them, hope that helps nonetheless.
Rather small company, depends on what aircraft you get to fly, but they mostly fly lower traffic routes for Austrian, and actually are now branded Austrian arrows.
If you're on the Dash, usually lots of short haul rotations to Eastern Europe and intra-Austrian, if on the jets also mainline routes for OS and charters.
Not sure nowadays about time to command, most probably not thaaat long, as lots of the f/o's use them to gain TT and then move on to larger jets and/or foreign operators.
INN would be a brilliant base (looking out of the window on some snow covered peaks right now....
), but you better like it cold. If you're VIE based not that snowy, but nice too...
