As your name suggests you are only employed to load
and so are not as important as you seem to think.
From a mangement point of view your expensive
employment can be seen to be surpluss to their
requirement now that there are plenty of cheaper
options available.
It makes no difference if you are in a union or not these
days the outcome will be the same........
In the strive for efficiency the management hold all
the cards..............and may have dealt you a
terminal one (sic).
