I totally agree with you.
Let's get together and let's get this union to do something for us. As you say, some of the improvements don't cost anything to bmi.
So far though, I had the impression that things are set in stone at bmi and there is no willingness to accept changes.
Someone has been told by one of the managers 'I'm sorry to hear how you feel and I will understand if you will consider other options'!!!!!!!!!
And I have heard myself several times 'That's the way it is' !!
That says a lot!
