Guys, I think it's safe to say that PAL or this Red Pay pilot spreading bad vibes regarding overseas posting is fooling no one. Every Filipino pilot or even an ordinary one knows that situations can get better 95% of the time when going overseas and experiencing good terms and conditions and treatment from management.
Just ignore him I reckon.
Anyone interested in mentoring us who is just about to join the airlines in the Philippines. Let us have your inputs about do's and dont's so the ones in PAL now can last long enough to serve their contracts.
I've heard that one Fil/Australian guy left PAL after only 6 months.
