pathetic management pilot
If the regular line pilots do not see the color and motives of this "red pay pilot", then they are the ones who are pathetic. They deserve what they get.
I have said before, we should gather strength each time we fall. The 1998 fiasco happened and lessons can be learned from it. That is, if we are willing to learn. It appears that the Kapitan had succeeded in dividing us against ourselves. Pretty much the way our politicos had divided us. That way they can use us the way they want to and without impunity. The expat duty is a temporary boon for us, pilots. What about when everything finally stabilizes?
Then we fall back into the benevolent(?) hands of the Chinese in the Philippines.
