As the Captain, I get to chose who gets the
JS. That's my right.
The priority I use is the one above & that's what most AOA member Capt's do too. That's their right. We like to support those who support us all. That's our right.
Maybe another (of many) reasons to join the AOA.
But we all really know why you don't join ...... $$$$$$
