I'd like to know where all these AME's are going to come from..... with the prospect of no training and a brick wall once you hit grade 9, not a very healthy career prospect. You can earn more money driving fork lifts and you don't have to work shift work, this is why Q Engineering are hemorrhaging AME's at the moment.
