As I understand it, from having had the (dis)pleasure of selling into wider markets
, the quoted hourly cost of the aircraft in these cases include everything from fuel and oils through to the aircrew's time, self-insurance costs (a whole different problem!) and even the depreciation on the asset!
It's quite a big area to work out the actual hourly cost and I never enjoyed doing it!
