NJS is a contract company they don't have the ability to increase fares to give out more money, they have a fixed contract per hour. Don't get me wrong NJS isn't the best company to work for, but sometimes take a deep breath and enjoy life. $130000 as a Captain $75000 as FO, B scale well those choose to come on board.
