This is complete and utter rubbish. STN Captain salary is approx GBP 56k, GRO Captain salary is EURO 64k. Sector pay on top of that.
New Captains in a base with the new agreement receive 90% of the basic Captain salary. Thus Bristol, Alicante,VLC, PSA, CIA, EMA and LTN etc...
Captain's salary in BRS is for example GBP 54,787 plus an annual allowance of GBP 5k - thus a new Captain gets GBP 59787 x 90%. which is GBP 53800. Plus the sector pay tax paid is approx GBP 20,000 plus. Why do people make up this rubbish about Ryanair and post it on websites. I read this and did not believe it and simply asked personnel in STN for the details. Even if you do not like Ryanair - why not try and ask someone in the back office in STN what the accurate figures are. Why tell lies and make stuff up?
