Pinoy "pwede na rin" attitude

i have talked to a lot of pinoy pilots in the recent past. one reason they stay in such pathetic conditions is the attitude of "pwede na rin."
they are very well aware that they are getting unfair deals but choose to stay because of their unwillingness to get out of their comfort zones.
of course getting out of pal will require adjustments. but the rewards are all worth it.
only two tips from my own experience i can share.
1. if you work abroad forget about all the practices that we are used to in PAL. open your mind to those which are being practiced in your new workplace.
2. do not attempt to get into a foreign carrier then jump the contract to go back to PAL. to reap the rewards you should have the attitude of "no turning back" just like when you were a cadet. one management pilot went to asiana & did so & spreads word around pal that the conditions outside are not good (this mgt pilot is pathetic- people do not like him in pal either for his abusive behavior towards trainees)
