If you're looking purely at dollars, you would have to stay at Air Nelson for maybe five years before you've earned more dough than at Eagle (assuming a command after one year at Eagle and three years at Air Nelson). Not to mention the value of two crew turboprop command time (unless you're looking at Japan).
