Eagle is a great first airline job, and I wouldn't have any hesitation recommending it. Of course you do have to weigh things up in terms of your own situation and ambitions. I personally don't agree with the 3 year bond, but I can understand why they introduced it, and that's their business. At the end of the day, you guys are the market, if you don't accept the 3 year bond in the current climate, don't go there. There are plenty of people for which 3 years at Eagle would be no major problem, but it is nice to have the flexability to move.
