Missing BMED too... but I am glad i am not working for BMI!
I met this lady Bonn.... she is representative of your Union and after talked to her about different issues the only think I can say is that she has been brain wash by BMI!!
I am not surprise your industrial conditions are nothing compare to other airlines and never will. I feel really sorry for you guys! They are laughing at you!
An example of the amazing company BMI is...
On the 28th of Oct there was a TBS trip for 4 days. When the crew arrived to the hotel around 2 in the morning, they found out that BMI has signed a contract with the hotel for only 7 rooms when in reality they needed 14 rooms.The crew waited until 8 in the morning before they could go to use the rooms from the previous crew.
The crew is still waiting for an apology from BMI.
I would like to send my support to BMED friends and colleagues and I would like to say to them:
GET OUT ASAP!
