No rumour involved. It's fact and mildly interesting from the sidelines too considering the IALPA agreement was supposed to have stopped it. I'm just curious as to where it ends. Do both sides just pretend it isn't happening or will will they cobble together something meaningful that both sides can stick to.

You say you are curious as to where it ends, some of us aren't convinced it has even started. IALPA cause enough trouble as it is without feeding them with rubbish.
