With ATPL subjects you would be on third year pay. FOs can typically expect to take home anywhere between $1350 and $1500 a fortnight. If you get rostered to use your own transport to get to another base for a shift or rostered an overnight then you can add about another $100 per car or overnight. I generally budget on about $1400 a fortnight. Can live quite comfortably in regional NZ on this money if you're single. Other pluses are good progression to command at the moment (about 12 months after being checked to line) and staff travel gets you around the country easily if you get sick of your home base on your days off. 99% of the pilots are good buggers too.
