Corrosion can be a problem so get that checked but most with those problems will already have disappeared of the register.
You are not asking for a lot in your initial post! Do we need to fly it for you too?
Out of CofA = Big risk.
Why is it out of CofA; what sort of maintenance has it had over the last (few) year(s); how much has it flown over that period; etc etc etc
