As for ET taking training seriously, of all the ATR pilots that worked there, only one pilot managed to do a ride in BKK, even P1 upgrades were done on the aircraft, no sim training at all,their approach to safety and training was below par, even with dedicated crew who did there best (some of us really enjoyed working there and the flying at times was awesome).And with the little guy at the top still in charge, I'm sure it wont change. Enjoy the flying, I'm sure you will end up going to some amazing places and awesome strips......but when it comes to recurrency time?????????
