Maybe the airlines are forced into OTT conversions because the government is forcing them to fill positons with inexperienced crew to try to make up for EE and they know they have to do it right or they are going to kill good old fare paying pax if they dont?????

k me! show me another contract company that puts in this type of training, and no doubt they are moving their top 1900 crew over to the 120, thats like moving to a C172 after flying a C150! Not rocket science!
Or maybe it is just that the taxman is funding the airline conversions?????
