Suitcaseman, you are in no postion to judge this as you would have no idea about the experience of the crews being upgraded to the Breasilia 120's.
Lets just be honest, going from a Beech 1900 to a Brasilia 120 is not exactly a massive leap in terms of aircraft complexity.
