non-license a/c mech but taxi boy of LTP?

Sirs.....

thanks for the good advices that you given to me..
and i'm so sorry if i've took so long to reply again...

but can i ask again a question...but slightly related to topic..

i've read the comments about the pal pilot who is responsible for the butuan overshot... and i couldn't believe that he will pay for that damage..!

i'm having a OJT right now at the LTP.....but one of the mech of the lufteck said to me that...but i'm not suprised on what he said..

"bawal ang ma-pressure dito dahil preso ang bagsak mo pag na
pressure ka"

and..."wag kang malikot"

it means that you need to be responsible to all the the work because all the equipment and aircraft cost $$$ millons of dollar!!!
any damage...will be devastated!!!

but what does really mean about this concept?
is there any rule??? although i'm a OJT but...is this a bluff? a joke? challenge? or reality?
i dont have enough money to pay that thing if any unexpected scenario occur!! cause i'm a fresh starter and a newbie!!!

I've planning to have a test to became a MTP after i grad...
but i've think again..

should i continue it or not?

then i ask again if can i apply as a non-license a/c mech..because 2yr experience will be needed before you have the license...
(for experience)

but they said that the company is needed a mech has only lot of experience or.....sister company that you have work for...or
join the 7yr contract as a MTP... (no direct hiring)

my questions are...?

after i grad. in my 2yr course as a a/c technician......
and start to study in flying school and gets PPL or CPL IR ME...rating

could this help me to apply as an non-license mech....
but having a experience in operating a aircraft?
(taxi boy)

because one of the requirements before the aircraft flown off after the maintenance...

to perform a test flight...!(but LTP perform run-up and taxi)
to ensure the airworthiness of the aircraft...

and what is the license required for taxiing an Boeing or Airbus???

could this help me to have a experience as a A/C mechanic and additional hours to have a ATPL license???

any advices for this...?

thanks and happy flying!!
