Yes Smeegol, and you have never known people to move on in life because of better oppertunaties etc? No reason to say that if people resign from a company that things are going bad. Maybe you should not lissten to your little birdie as your birdie has definitly got the wrong side of the story. It is clear that things at ET are going good and a lot of people has worked hard towards this. It showes bad character to be with a company and the bad mouth them on a "skinder blad" just take your stuff and go if you are soooo unhappy
