ETA

Thanks Boss, I agree with you.
Please do resign Mr 4 Bars, we have "frozen ATP" applications flowing in. These guys and gals will be on accelerated command, why? because they are more valuable to us and the industry as a whole...
Why b!tch? where you not offered the E120 rating?? Or did you turn it down...oops, I forgot, no gray area with the E120 and ATPL for P1.
There is lots of jobs out there, no need to stay with ET. The difference is that ET is now a company with more carreer prospects than most contract companies. Lets look at the fleet that we OPERATE:
1) DHC-6
2) B200
3) B1900
4) E120
5) BAE146
ET Kenia has 10 aircraft already, not bad for a "new" startup hey?
4 years with this company and you are ready for any airline in the world,"my boy"
Have you ever had to pay for any training with ET??? Thought so.

E120 Ground school is 4 days, flying for 3 days and in May 2008 to Flight Safety in Paris for first Prof Check, yes a sim initial would be great but the bean counters dont allow for all that. Did you see the quote from BAE Systems for our 146 training? 25,000 pounds for 2 pilots, excluding airfares etc.
Go figure.
