ILS - quite so. Since when was failing to comply with ATC procedures "breaking the law"?
Apart from those of us on the periphery wondering just what this is all actually all about and whether there are lessons to be learned, the thread seems to comprise an initial illiterate rant from the prisoner's friend - apparently his first posts ever on Pprune - and, if the implications of others are correct, quite inappropriate public comment from one or two persons from the "opposition". If the case goes as far as an employment tribunal, they could actually eventually find themselves in the wrong!
