It's inconsistent. Flying is stressful enough with me thinking "I have no ID on me, I might be stuck in Aberdeen", it didn't make for a good night. They were OK looking at my Exec Club card though. Why have a different procedure for different airports? Keep it simple, modern life is complex enough, and I gotta say, it's a brave company that doesn't listen to it's customers.
