Exvicar, I do see your point, believe me. However, if Virgin had listened to VS crew and met us at least half way with what we wanted (and we aren't asking for a fortune), maybe we wouldn't be in this situation and you wouldn't have to worry about booking holidays with Virgin Atlantic???
It's frustrating all around....
