Nothing wrong with the runway direction at NCL, it's usulally off no more than 20 - 30 degrees and when there are strong winds or gusts their pritty predictable and not too much of a handfull (often good fun too!!)
Try Leeds Bradford Airport for being bulit in the wrong place with the wrong runway direction (14 / 32)!
