The Bag belt system needs a major sorting out they just couldn't cope in the summer with the amount of bags! HIM has recently added another desk and is now manned by 4 members of staff during the day.
Would it hurt the airport to put some heating on once in a while Gate 20 resembled the Artic this morning!
