NCL really needs to take stock and put in place infrastructure improvements that will allow for future exapnsion. Why would anyone want to add more capacity at an airport that was maxed out at the majority of peak times over S07? Additional aircraft means additional work at the peak and the current facilities just can not handle it.
NCL could be in for 2 or 3 years of holding current levels with small % movements both ways until there is some improvement iun the infrastructure to allow on-peak expansion.
