My negative observations on RYR are the following;
If you hang around long enough you will be screwed over
The 40K command salary reflects the standard of some of the guys passing upgrade, but dont worry the failure rate is so high they have decided to remove the final check replacing it with a release flight!
Everybody is nervous, from the top to the bottom (except the CEO) and have or feel they have to watch their backs all the time and at all costs blame someone else
They know the cost of everything and the value of nothing, especially the value of good crew
Only one or two management types who put the operation before their own bonuses
A realisation that there is over capacity in Europe but a stubborn refusal to improve the passengers lot, ie blind to the ten pissed off pax per flight that will never fly FR again due to; abnoxious staff, stupid baggage requirements and a total lack of plan when a flight goes awol
A CEO that needs to leave now as he is the root cause of all the above!
