Orlando Flight Training.
You are aware that you
can't complete the JAA IR in the USA right?
If cost is a big problem then you could also try looking at some cheaper JAA countries, maybe Spain for example?
Try not to choose your training provider on cost alone, schools that seem cheap now may cost you a lot more in the long run. Try to find the best training you can afford.
