Please bear in mind that this contract expires in Feb next year. But at the moment for a new F/O you would be looking at $37132 plus allowances which would amount to around the 6-7 k mark. For a new Captain, on year 1, it would be $48801 plus allowances.
When you do a command upgrade, under the existing contract, if you are on year 2 f/o pay you go to year 2 captains pay etc...
