I would concentrate on destinations and fleet for company background. Thomascook airlines used to be JMC and beofore that British Caledonian and Flying Colours which merged to JMC - I might be wrong with that - but dont think it will be that important for the interview.
I went for an interview with them when they were JMC, it sounds like it was different back then. There was a group excercise and introduction and then you found out in writing if you have been invited back for the next stage. I think that they now do everything on the same day (Like most airlines)
Another good site, especially for people going for the same interview is
www.cabincrew.com - go to chat forum and then airline specific forum and then thomas cook - people should hopefully post about the day and questions and procedure once they have been and this will give you a better idea of the day. I know that some people have TCX interviews coming up this weekend so you will have plenty of time to get a good idea of it.
