Am flying BE BHX-GCI-JER this Thur. Can anyone confirm whether BE has a fast checked bag drop (for use if you check-in online) at BHX?
Last time I used FlyBe's check in online service it proved to be a right waste of time once at BHX. Arrived at T2 no-one at QBuster fast bag drop desk to check in my hold luggage/assign seat as told short staffed so had to join long line at 'ordinary' check in and ended up waiting 45 mins to check in bag/get seat (by which time all window seats had gone anyway!) in my opinion completely negating the point of online check in. Not having a pop at BE just saying what happened (have used it from Norwich aswell with no problems but then there are rarely any queues at Norwich to start with!)
With BE as far as I can remember you can't select your seat with online check-in unless you pay the £5.....so you may aswell just turn up early and get your preferred seat - theres no free seating on BE well not the last time I flew with them in June
