As you all know, you can pay £5 per person per sector to pre-book a specific seat (£15 ppps for an extra legroom seat). But if you decide not to do that, is it the standard choose-your-own when onboard? Or do they assign you a seat for free when you check-in at the airport or when you check-in online? Or what? The last time I flew BE was last Nov (EXT-GCI-JER), and I can't remember what they did. Cheers.
