Because of Capts A, B, C...L, sources tell me that First Officers at Bupac have no qualms about commanding Go Around and pushing that thrust lever when the situation warrants. (It has happened, at RPLB and RPVD09)
We can therefore conclude that the "kultura" at Bupac is a tad better than that at Palpac.
