Marauder, thanks for that ref. I've read it over a few times and still can't figure out what the hell CAO 82.3 7 is about. I reckon the CASA lawyer who wrote that stuff was probably pissed that night! LOL!
BTW, on another note, those of you who have sat the ATPL Air Law exam recently, did you bring all your docs with you into the exam center? I think I'll need a suitcase to carry all the CARs, CAOs, AIPs, DAPs and ERSA and charts! I'll probably look like a dork
carrying a suitcase into the exam room, but better be safe than sorry, I guess.
And according to the ASL confirmation form, CASRs aren't required?
