A management restructure at QF would go a long way..Never seen a company operate with so many senior staff positions.Look at ADL line maint for instance, on a day shift doing nothing but kicking tyres they could operate with 2x DMM's, possibly 3 if the international DMM is rostered on, 2 Senior Lames, possibly 3 if the international Senior is rostered on, the state manager and whoever else thinks they are worthy.A possible 7 bosses looking after the remainder of guys/girls rostered on.Usually another 4, and they are normally LAMES signing for there own work anyway..Let the dead wood go, then restructure before QF that used to be a great place to work is lost....Or is it already too late...Too many chiefs and not enough indians
