"4 weeks paid leave only" and you say that's incorrect?
It IS 4 weeks Annual/Paid Leave only, with Conair. The Public holidays you mention are ancillary, hardly worth a mention and can't be counted with Annual Leave entitlements... "incorrect" ? ...fair go.
DTA: Alot of days aren't rostered as 24 hours, so it's abit keen multiplying by $96. Capts flying flat out currently do get that and more, while F/Os not even $500NZD, so I can see where Chocks is coming from.
The Jetcon transfers, granted a couple more than Chocks mentioned and what it says about the place they've left but I keep hearing questions and complaints about why these guys with B737 classic time only, jumped straight into management & training positions with no NG time or company route knowledge, while others inhouse could have fit the bill?
Anyway, enough said, not my problem anyway.
...better things to do.
