I think you will find that the majority of the names on that list were Bahraini. So it looks pretty good that a bunch of Bahrainis have got new jobs, doesn't it? Even if many of them are just sideways moves.
The board is pleased. Plenty of spin on how management roles are being given to locals. It all makes for good
PR.
