Flew with Jet2 for the first time last weekend, from Rome to Manchester. Had pre-booked seats, but at check in, were informed that some muppet @ Manchester had not sent the details of pre-booked seats onto Rome, so they were just allocating seats when people checked in. Why do they charge for you to select your seat numbers, if somebody in Manchester cant be arsed to pass the message on to the handling agent in Rome.
On a positive note, the senior steward, Ken (Irish), was such a laugh. It was a pleasure to be entertained from take off to landing
