Hi,
I used to suffer with travel sickness really bad when i first started flying.
I took Stugeron and found these really helped, the hardest thing though is getting of them as you dont want to keep popping pills!
I also found that i was dizzy for ages after a flight, apparently its all to do with your balance and inner ear??
You will get used to it, but it may help to take some travel sickness pills first.
