Mate, i have been been kicking sand around this place and others through the region for the past decade and I can assure you that Dubai Has, Had and will always have the best deal of the lot, specially in the Serco ranks. Not just remuneration, but having visited your Dubai compound all those years ago with Tennis Courts, Squash, Gyms, Swimming pools bars and restaurant, children play area's and fantastic villas, other contracts paled into comparison with the likes of our 'Burj Al Rumaithy' (cockroach infested stinking squaller!) in Abu Dhabi and similar.
Lets hope that we see a GCC wide ATC industry adjustment to deal with the problems we are
ALL facing with exchange rates, inflation and of course the unrelenting air traffic growth in the region.
